I had never heard of Royal Homes before...
then I went to visit their design office! I couldn't believe the variety of
homes they were building. Everything from cosy country cottages to huge
two-storey family homes! When I watched the construction inside the factory, I
knew Royal Homes had hit on a great idea. Each house is built indoors. It
doesn't matter what the weather is like, the building process is unaffected. I
knew my house would be protected against the elements from the get go.

For over 30 years, Royal Homes has led the industry in building custom homes.
We start by carefully selecting all building materials. Each piece is pre-cut for greater
precision, cost control and speed.
During the construction, your home is protected from delays and damage from the sun, wind, rain and
snow. We make sure the frame is straight and sturdy.
And, because our work isn't hindered by weather delays and other obstacles, there are no
construction delays. Your home will be built on schedule!
We build your home indoors where weather can't delay construction. By having
all the trades under one roof we avoid domino effect caused by a subtrade that
doesn't show up at the job site on time. All of our skilled craftspeople
working in our factory are direct employees of Royal Homes, giving us the
complete control of the building process.

The price of the homes below range from $105,000 to $120,000 and include hook up to water, sewer, hydro and natural gas.
All taxes are included and a GST credit is already removed. Also included are skirting and a 2 car gravel driveway with pressure
treated border. Does not include deck, shed or appliances or window coverings.
